L’artisan was founded by a third-generation French cheese maker named Matthieu Megard. They use traditional French cheese recipes brought from France By Matthieu. The recipe use organic milk from ‘Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia Co-op’. When making the cheese everything is done by hand, from skimming to moulding the cheese. These cheeses are articulately made with special attention to each batch.

Coal River Farm is a family run business started by Daniel and Melanie Leesong with little knowledge on were to start. To celebrate Tasmania’s world class produce they started 'Coal River Farm’ that hosts weddings, events, and sells produces such as Cheeses, Chocolate, and Pantry & Condiment foods. Mersey Valley has been made in Tasmania for over 35 years and is one of Australia's best loved vintage club cheddars. It’s produced in Burnie, Tasmania and has a buttery and sharp flavour/consistency.

Castello Blue Cheese

Castello was founded by cheese-maker Rasmus Tholstrup in 1893 and in 1944 is son followed in his footsteps to create a brie with a thin, delicate rind and a subtle creamy flavour, known as Castello Extra Creamy Brie. Castello cheeses have alway been crafted using traditional techniques from Denmark and the cheese-makers crafted using the best of traditional techniques.

Creamy Blue Cheese - “Born from trying to merge the best qualities of both brie and blue type cheeses. The high proportion of cream in the milk used for production results in a soft buttery texture and a milky taste.”
